Sanatório de Valongo, Valongo 🇵🇹

Being a Sanitarium from 1910, it was built to hold 50 patients who suffered from tuberculosis. Unfortunately this number rapidly grew to 150, as the epidemic known as the ‘white plague’ grew. This number then grew to 500, where these patients roamed the halls, lost, as there was no cure for this disease, and one by one they all died.

These souls are said to haunt the corridors, with visitors and passers-by said to hear the hallow cries of pain and see swift movements in the shadows.

Cabo da Roca 🇵🇹

Cabo da Roca is a cape which forms the westernmost point of the Sintra Mountain Range, of mainland Portugal, of continental Europe, and of the Eurasian land mass. It is situated in the municipality of Sintra, near Azóia, in the southwest of the district of Lisbon. Notably the point includes a lighthouse that started operation in 1772.

Cortijo Jurado, Málaga 🇪🇸

The legend begins after the death of the patriarch of the Heredia family. With the new inheritors of the property, young girls began to disappear in the surrounding area between 1890 and 1920; they were supposed to die after suffering supposed humiliations and rituals of a satanic nature. Some of the young bodies were later found along the shores of the Campanillas River, not far from the farmhouse.


Tarifa 🇪🇸

Tarifa is a Spanish municipality in the province of Cádiz, Andalusia. Located at the southernmost end of the Iberian Peninsula, it is primarily known as one of the world’s most popular destinations for windsports. Tarifa lies on the Costa de la Luz and across the Strait of Gibraltar facing Morocco.

Preventorio de Aguas de Busot, Aigües 🇪🇸

Preventorio de Aguas de Busot is situated in the province of Alicante in Spain set high up in the mountains.

The most famous ghost story is that of the white lady, she has said to appear in mirrors and is seen climbing the stairs to quite a few visitors. Shadows in the hallways, unusual voices, children singing are among many of the unexplained phenomena that has been associated with this property.

Legend has it that the white lady can laugh and cry at the same time and others say that if the lady laughed at you that means that everything is fine while if her face is sobbing that means that something bad was going to happen.
